Alright dudes, the server appears to be back up!
And to celebrate being awesome (and the best smelling server) we are gonna have an art competition!
We are gonna have prizes, but they will be announced when the competition is over as a result of the amount of arts we get. Stay tuned, but not in a tuna can.
Server Concept Art:
Just a simple art competition.
Everything is about the server and that's it. Draw anything you like
about the server, the staff, the things we have said or done or say or
do. This is all up to you and is an open book but it cannot be entered
by something that is too associated with the other themes. This is a fan fiction art depicition, what you want to see, or have seen, of the server.
Themes! You want 'em, we's got 'em.
First Theme:
Staff Appreciation
Show your love for the staff (or my own love, for myself) by creating a picture to do with the staff and what they do, or just looking badass. I hate that word without context if you do too... You know what I mean.
Second Theme:
Meatroom!
Once upon a time, bla bla bla. I hope you heard the stories by now and have seen the essence of the beauty of what is Sak and Silence's meatroom! This is my favourite category as is obvious. The feature is dead corpses hanging on ceilings by rope. Fun eh? It's just about what we do to celebrate traitor's winning (when we aren't innocents).
Third Theme:
TTT! It appears we (meaning me) got sidetracked when I made this post. Sozzleberry (meaning sorry). Make a picture of what you think our server does as a TTT server. Pictures of your favourite maps, guns, etc. are accounted for. This is the most general theme.
Rules:
Idea's may not be stolen from other player's art, c'man. Be original (or, try to!). It must be handdrawn or done using paint or whatever programme. Last of all, put your love into it. We care about this server, and if you do too, reflect that on your painting/art/whatever. The picture must clearly be stated as a screenshot or painting.
Judging will be not be done by polls (because people are corruptable). Everyone should have an equal likelihood of winning, so I will be judging. You will be awarded for uniqueness, for art detail, aesthetic and for use of lighting! So get working!
Competition ends in 2 weeks time on the 23 of February, 2014!
